Dr. Padman qualified from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry. He is also a Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations in Orthopedic Surgery. He worked in United Kingdom for a period of 10 years in various Orthopedic departments of the University hospitals of Leeds and Sheffield.
