Cancer Centre Welfare Home & Research Institute, now known as Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre & Research Institute (SGCCRI), is a leading non-profit cancer hospital in Thakurpukur, Kolkata. Founded in 1973, it is one of India’s earliest dedicated oncology centres, built to provide affordable cancer care, especially for underprivileged patients. The hospital has developed into a large tertiary care institute with extensive experience in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and research.

The institute has a large green campus with inpatient wards, oncology ICUs, chemotherapy daycare units, radiation therapy (LINAC and cobalt units), diagnostic imaging (CT/MRI support services), pathology labs, surgical oncology operation theatres, and palliative care units.
